Established in the sixties, Faccin started as a sole proprietorship of Walter Faccin, specializing in large forgings. In the following years, the company expanded its offering, introducing plate rolls with pre-bending function in 1974, along with 2, 3, and 4-roll plate rolls, profile bending machines, and dished head production lines. Later, Faccin successfully consolidated its position as one of the global leaders in the manufacture of metal-forming solutions.
In 2010, Faccin acquired the well-established Boldrini brand, renowned for its century-expertise in dishing lines. This strategic acquisition marked the beginning of a significant transformation for Faccin, which continued with the integration of Roundo into the company in 2015.
By strategically pooling Faccin’s multiannual experience with Boldrini and Roundo, Faccin Group has been standing as a leading provider of metal-forming assets. Through strategic collaboration, we amplify the strengths of each brand we have, unlocking the full potential of our combined capabilities.
Behind our success stands a team of passionate professionals, whose dedication and expertise drive us forward. Thanks to their expertise combined with cutting-edge manufacturing processes, the Faccin Group delivers impeccable products and unparalleled after-sales support.
